On this course we explore how human factors and ergonomics impact on everyday working practices and patient safety. Our combined expertise in human factors, healthcare and inter-professional education makes this course ideal for whole teams, looking to embed human factors principles into all aspects of practice. You will explore how human factor concepts and design influence every day work within the healthcare enviroment, understand how your interactions with the environment, equipment, processes and other staff can both help and hinder safer working practices.
