Being Human in Healthcare work with healthcare organisations to deliver training on site or at their preferred venue, saving additional participant venue and travel costs.
Where courses offer individual places these are delivered virtually via the Zoom platform.
We are one of only five NHSE awarded PSIRF training suppliers for all three mandated courses.
This means our PSIRF trainers meet the EOECPH framework qualification and experience standards and our course content is fully aligned with the the NHSE curriculum, ensuing consistantly high quality training.
We are members of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors CIEHF and abide by their professional code of conduct.
All of our trainers are registered healthcare professionals and are governed by a professional regulatory body and code of conduct.
All trainers have worked at a senior level within healthcare and have relevent educational, human factors, patient safety, system leadership or continuous improvement experience, relevent to the course they are facilitating.
What platform do you use?
All virtual courses are facilitated via the Zoom Platform and typically run from 9-4 each day.
When will I recieve the joining link and pre course information?
We send out joining links, electronic fillable workbooks and programmes 1-2 weeks prior to the course date.
What post course matierials do I recieve?
You will recieve a certificate and post course materials and resources relevent to the course attended.
Is there any post course support?
Yes we aim to answer post course questions and queries within 48 hours.
Payment
Payment to be received in full 30 days prior to course commencement.
We accept Purchase Orders PO, bank transfer or Stripe payment.
Cancellation
If notice of cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to course commencement, a full refund is given minus 10% administration fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to course commencement incur a fee of 20% of the net order total.
Cancellations less than 10 days prior to course commencement incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the net order total.
Force Madure
Neither party shall be liable for any damages or fees for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, Government restrictions (including denial or cancellation of any visa, or other license and recommendations against travel), wars, insurrections or any other cause beyond reasonable control.
Being Human reserves the right to cancel a course with a full refund up to 10 days before the course date.
Dependant on the course attended, you will recieve relevent links, resources and selected course materials, as well as a certificate of attendance.
