All our Being Human in Healthcare courses are hosted in central London locations. Exact location will be confirmed on booking.

Our courses are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors
Dietary Requirements
Please tell us at the point of booking if you have any dietary requirements and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
Assessment
There is no assessment element to this course as we work alongside you to increase your understanding of Human Factors. In the unlikely event of extreme, serious and unprofessional behaviour we reserve the right to contact your professional regulator.
Individual Delegate Cancellation Policy
Course refunds minus 10% administrative fee are offered up to 30 days before the course date. After this time no refunds can be made as we will have incurred costs on your behalf.In the event of an underbooked course we will reserve the right to cancel with a full refund up to 10 days before the course date.
