PSIRF Courses
We are awarded suppliers for all three mandated PSIRF courses. We can deliver all PSIRF courses plus a range of additional workshops and Board briefings. Courses include the two-day Systems Approach to Learning from Patient Safety Incidents, the one-day Oversight – A systems approach to learning from patient safety incidents and the one-day Patient, family and staff involvement in learning from patient safety incidents. Systems-based Swarm & AAR Training
An interactive one-day course where participants learn how to facilitate Swarm and AAR learning responses using a systems-based approach.
This course introduces Being Human’s Systems After Action Review SAAR Model which is educationally designed to elicit a more psychologically safe, systems approach to debriefing.
Human Factors Train-the-Trainer Workshops
