Continuous Improvement is at the heart of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF), where systems-based change and improvement must follow learning. Therefore continous improvement activity will be a key quality marker for every healthcare organisation.This course offers a unique combination of Human Factors science, systems-based PSIRF aligned methods and appropriate Quality Improvement methods. This enables course participants to embed continuous learning and improvment across their organisation that satisfies mandated PSIRF requirements and supports the five componants of NHS IMPACT.This course can be delivered virtually or face to face in blocks to enable participants to work on a real improvement project.
